If you do find a property through us, we will require an employers' reference and bank reference (and also possibly, where applicable, a previous landlords' reference).

Once we are in receipt of a full set of references and these have been approved by the landlord, we will then prepare a contract for signing. Please note on the day of the sign in all monies will have to be cleared funds (cash or bankers draft).

The rent is paid per calendar month and normally we require  one calendar month's rent as a deposit.
